Accurate booking information
The sender is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, sender and recipient contact information, parcel category, size, weight, quantity, declared value when applicable, and any special-handling requirements.
Vehicle and capacity rules
Vehicle recommendations, capacity limits, pricing, service availability, and safety requirements are determined by GO Delivery PH rules configured for the operating territory. A booking may be rejected or require another vehicle when the declared parcel does not fit the selected vehicle.
Safe and lawful parcels
Customers must not use GO Parcel for prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or undeclared restricted items. GO Delivery PH may require verification or decline transport when a parcel creates a safety, legal, or operational concern.
Pickup, delivery, and verification
Customers, recipients, and riders must follow the verification and proof requirements shown in the booking flow. Delivery, failed-delivery, retry, and return-to-sender handling may depend on the booking status and territory configuration.
Pricing and payment
The final booking preview shows the applicable delivery fee, vehicle pricing, surcharges, special-item fees, discounts, tip, and total before booking confirmation. Availability and pricing may vary by territory and booking details.
